Terms of use

Effective October 5, 2026, for Gymini 3.0 and later

The app

Gymini is provided free of charge for personal use. There is no account and no subscription. A tip jar exists in Settings; tips are voluntary, they unlock nothing, and every feature works without them.

Exercise at your own risk

This is the important one. Gymini is a general fitness tool, not medical advice and not a medical device. It knows nothing about your body, your health or your injuries. Talk to a clinician before starting a new routine, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or living with a heart or joint condition. Stop if something hurts. A movement that feels wrong is a movement to skip.

Your data is your responsibility

Your history lives on your phone, and in your own iCloud if you switched that on in Settings. Deleting the app deletes the copy on the phone. If it matters to you, export it from Settings and keep a copy where you keep important things.

No warranty

Gymini is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is made by one person, and while it is built carefully and tested, it may contain errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including injury and lost data.

Changes

These terms may change; the effective date above changes with them.
